Andy Archuleta, DPM, MPH
Dr. Andy Archuleta is a well trained podiatrist who specializes in providing comprehensive care for the foot and ankle. He is highly skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of injury and deformity associated with the complexities of the foot and ankle ranging from the pediatric to the geriatric population.
Dr. Archuleta obtained his Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Nevada, Reno and then pursued and obtained a Master's in Public Health from Touro University, California. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California.
Dr. Archuleta then went on to complete a demanding and extensive foot and ankle training experience at SSM Health Depaul Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. During this time, he trained closely with the areas top podiatric and orthopedic surgeons. In addition to his surgical and clinical experience obtained in St. Louis, Dr. Archuleta also completed a mini-fellowship throughout Germany with the German Society for Foot and Ankle Surgery providing additional hands on training in complex foot and ankle pathology.
Throughout his training and experience, Dr. Archuleta has developed the skills for both nonsurgical and surgical treatment options of the foot and ankle. His areas of expertise include sports medicine, forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, management of arthritis, arthroscopic surgery, tendon and ligament repair, fracture management, and total ankle replacement.
In his free time, Dr. Archuleta enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, playing local recreational sports and golf, exploring the outdoors, cooking and reading.
